October 9th, 2021 Joshua and Jessica had their first date at Cedar Glen Malt Shop in Crestline. They went to get hamburgers and malts while they got to know each other in this diner, learning that at the time Jessica was a full time child development therapist and Joshua was saving lives as a firefighter with cal-fire, not knowing they would be inseparable from that point on. Once they gained the courage to say I love you, their lives would quickly change after that. After so many conversations of their love for each other and talking about their goals in life they would find out that on December 19th 2021 Jessica was pregnant with their first child. The next 9 months would consist of excitement, stress and baby planning! It flew by so quickly and soon they would be blessed with their beautiful daughter Brinley Fleur Elenburg, who easily became the light of their lives.. After many many road trips later and soaking up all the baby snuggles they could, Joshua finally popped the question in Napa valley at the Castillo Di Amorosa Castle on May 18th, 2023. Now as they start this new season in their lives they want nothing more than to grow their family and grow closer to God as they choose to commit to each other in front of all their loved ones.
