Casey and Josh first met in college at Appalachian State University in 2017. Casey’s charming and loving nature first caught Josh’s eye in the Walker College of Business during finance class. He wanted a cute study partner during the semester, and sat beside her. Leery at first, Casey warmed up to his presence.

During the fall semester, while home for Thanksgiving break Casey extended an invite to Josh for a one day trip to New York city. While Josh was adamant they were only going as “friends” he accepted the invite. The trip embarked with the buzz of the metropolis and ended with what was thought to be a romantic carriage ride in Central Park.

Fast forward five years, Casey and Josh have graduated college, moved to Nashville, and started their life together in Music City. They enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, and cooking together.

Josh proposed to Casey during golden hour in the red rock canyons of Sedona while on a road trip from San Diego and the Grand Canyon.
