There are several hotels in downtown Springdale and Fayetteville. We have reserved a block of rooms for your convenience at the Inn at the Mill. There is a big track meet at the University of Arkansas the same weekend as the wedding so we recommend reserving one of the rooms in our block as many hotels in the area are already sold out.

Northwest Arkansas (XNA) or sometimes called Bentonville/Fayetteville airport is the closest airport to the venue.

We recently purchased a house in Northwest Arkansas and currently call this area home. The area has so much to offer and we look forward to sharing it with you.

The wedding ceremony and reception is cocktail attire but bring your dancing shoes! Our ceremony location is outdoors so please dress accordingly. The Family and Friends Welcome dinner on Friday evening is casual.

There is a large parking lot with handicap parking next to our reception building. It is a short walk along a paved walkway to the location where the ceremony will be held. We will have a golf cart on site to transport anyone from the parking lot to the ceremony location, if needed.

Josh and Catherine are moving to France in June and wanted to celebrate their marriage with family and friends before their departure. April 20th was the last Saturday available in the spring so we jumped on the opportunity!
