We met in college and started dating! Little did we know what was to come 4 years later!

As we started dating we loved to go on adventures and hike all around the Branson area.

With every relationship, there are challenges, and going to college in 2020 was one of them. After being sent home, we finally got to see each other in person again after 5 months apart.

We continued dating through college and grew closer together.

Makayla finally convinced Josiah to come see Idaho in person and see where she grew up!

We graduated from College of the Ozarks together ending a major chapter in our lives!

Makayla took a job as an Agriculture Teacher in Mount Vernon, Missouri.

Josiah took a job as a farm manager for Missouri State University near Springfield, MO.

We visit CofO from time to time. This past summer we took a picture in front of their new cross, not knowing what would happen in that exact spot a few months later.

Josiah proposed! After 4 years together he popped the question, right where it all started, at CofO! It was so special and both of our parents were there to celebrate with us!

Officially engaged! We are so excited for the future God has in store for us!
