We met in college in the Spring of 2017, when our fraternity and sorority were partnered for Greek Week. Though we didnt talk much during this week, mutual friendships were made. We finished out the school year and returned home to St. Charles for the Summer.

That Summer, Mason continued to throw his annual basement parties at his childhood home and of course everyone knew about them. While I was hanging out with some UCM girls one night, they went to high school with Mason and knew all about his shindigs. I offered to message Mason on Groupme (an app all the college kids used), and ask "Hey Mas, can Caroline and I come over?" I called him Mas, like I was super close with him. He then responded with "FO SHO."

And the rest is history. Just joking, we began to hang out and had our first date at the Cardinals game in June of 2017. We started dating on August 21st of 2017. We dated for 2 years of college.

We did 3 years of distance when we both decided that I take the opportunity of teaching in KC, and Mason stay here in St. Charles to begin his career. Highway 70 was our best friend and we didn't go longer than 3 weeks without seeing each other.

We moved into our home together in St. Peters the Summer of 2022, and we have been dating for 6 years. Mason surprised me on the beach in Margate City, NJ and asked me to marry him in July of 2023.

We are blessed to have so many people who have been such a huge part of our story and we can not wait to celebrate this next journey of life with you all!
