Do we RSVP?
Yes, you have to RSVP online. If you don't RSVP by June 1st, we will assume you are not coming. If you can't RSVP online text me at 812-571-4501 and I will do it for you!
What time do we arrive for the ceremony?
Please arrive at 4:30-4:45!! I will be walking down the Aisle at 5 so please be seated by then.
Are we allowed to take photos or videos during the ceremony?
NO, please do not take photos or videos. While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be present. Our professional photographers and videographer will capture all of our special moments. We will share photos and video with you afterwards!
Will there be a shuttle
YES, there will be a shuttle provided for everyone. Shuttle will take people to the venue from hotel and from venue to hotel.
Will there be Transportaion to ceremony
YES! There will be a golfcart taking elderly to ceremony spot!
Is this taking place indoor or outdoor?
Our ceremony will be outdoors so come dressed for the weather which as of right now will be 80 degrees on Saturday June 28th!! And our reception will be indoors! If weather is too hot or raining, we will move ceremony inside.
Where am I sitting?
For the ceremony you sit behind the reserved seating! For the reception if you are not a part of the wedding party or immediate family you sit wherever there are no reserved signs for guest.
What am I invited to?
Everyone is welcome to the ceremony and reception
Are the Ceremony and Reception at the same place?
Yes, ceremony and reception are in the same place!
The Wedding Guest Attire
The wedding attire is Spring formal
that means pastel colors or floral.
Our wedding colors for wedding party
Our wedding colors are different shades of purple, men's colors are light blue, and some colors of green.
Is there a registry for gifts and honeymoon fund?
Yes, it is on this website just click on registry, there is also a honeymoon fund collection on page.
Will there be drinks and snacks for kids ?
Yes, there will be chips and pretzels for kids to snack on and fountain drinks for them to choose from as well.
Will there be something for my kids to do or for people who don't like to dance?
Yes, they will be corn-hole, and card games!
What is the parking situation
There is parking in the front and on the right side of the barn.
Do I have a plus one?
Yes, everyone has a plus one! If you are bringing someone, and we don't know them or the name you put plus one when you RSVP.
Is there a hotel close to Venue
Yes, there are 3 hotels listed in the travel page.
Is the venue handicap assessable?
Yes, both ceremony and reception are handicap accessible.
Can we bring our own Alcoholic beverages?
NO, the venue provides all alcohol and does not allow outside alcohol. So please don’t bring your own!
