We will have a bus pick guests up at the Best Western hotel in Pembroke to leave for the Venue at 2:15pm. The bus will return to the venue to pick guests up that night, leaving the venue at 12:30am, to return to the Best Western. The venue requires guests to depart by 12:30am. If you park at the Best Western you have to give your keys to reception.

Our room block at Best Western hotel in Pembroke is now closed but there are still rooms available. If you park your vehicle there to take the bus you have to give your keys to reception so they’re aware of who is parked.

Our venue can accommodate free parking, carpooling is recommended to save space!

The venue does not allow outside alcohol so please don’t bring any! The cash bar will be fully stocked so no need to worry! Please note there is no atm on site so bring cash if desired!

We ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony as we have hired a professional photographer. However we would love to see any good shots you capture that night so we have set up a website for guests to add photos to a digital album for everyone to see! There will be a QR code to scan in person at the wedding.
