We will be providing a shuttle service to pick guests up at the hotel and take them to the venue. The shuttle will then come back to the venue after the reception to pick guests up and take them back to the hotel. You do not have to use the shuttle, but this will be a great option if you plan on having some drinks.

Something to keep in mind is that the shuttle only holds 37 people per trip. We really would like to keep the shuttle for guests who plan on having some drinks, so we can keep everyone safe.

There are Ubers available in this area and they even have an option to schedule one ahead of time!

We will only have one pick up time to go to the ceremony, because we can't have guests getting there before 3:45, and we can't have guests getting there after 4:20, so that only leaves us with time for one shuttle trip. We have more shuttle trips scheduled later in the evening as we anticipate some guests will be leaving at different times throughout the night. The schedule is as follows:

Trips from hotels TO the venue-

3:20 PM- Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville SE Murfreesboro- 1200 Conference Center Blvd. Murfreesboro, TN 37129

*Please note that if you are staying at Courtyard hotel, this is right next door to Embassy, so you can take a short walk over to Embassy to get on the shuttle.

3:30 PM- Holiday Inn Murfreesboro- 1453 Silohill Ln, Murfreesboro, TN 37129

Trips from venue to hotels-

9:30 PM- This will be the first shuttle to pick up guests at the venue to go back to the hotels for those of you who might want to leave the reception a little early.

10:30 PM- Second shuttle trip from venue back to hotels.

11:00 PM- Third and final shuttle trip.

11:30(ish) PM- The night's not over yet! For those of you who would like to hit the town (Broadway), a shuttle will be leaving from Embassy Suites to go downtown. The shuttle is only provided for the trip there, so you will need to make plans to Uber back!
