Josie and Michael first met when they were in high school due to their overlapping friend groups. After going out together once in 2012 (which is a story for another time!), both of them continued on with their lives without much interaction. Eventually, both Josie and Michael went on to play college sports in Wisconsin. Coincidentally, their schools were also 30 minutes away from each other. In 2018, Josie and Michael reconnected and started dating seriously. Their "second" first date was at Dave's Family Restaurant in Waukesha, WI near Carroll University. Josie and Michael have gone on more exciting adventures since then, such as travelling to Denver, Seattle, and Disney World. On September 25th, 2021, Michael asked Josie to marry him. They are excited to get married in front of their families and friends and continue their journey through life together as both best friends and partners!
