What date should I RSVP by?
August 28, 2024
What time should I arrive?
Please allow yourself at least 30 minutes to park, use the shuttle, use the facilities, greet your friends and family, and find your seats. It is suggested that you arrive by 4:30.
Where is the venue?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Heritage Acres in Clarksville, AR.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both! A short ceremony will be held outside on the lawn. Then the reception will be held inside the air-conditioned barn.
Will there be adequate signage at the entrance?
At the entrance to the drive, there will be a large white sign with the name of the venue. We may also attach balloons to the mailbox to make it easier to spot.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The barn has ramps and wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. However, accessing the ceremony could be challenging since you have to walk on a grassy slope. We will do our best to accommodate/assist!
Is there nearby parking available?
There is a large gravel lot on the hill before reaching the barn. A parking lot attendant will be available to assist in making sure no one gets blocked in. Also, a shuttle will be available to drive you right up to the venue after parking.
Have you blocked rooms at one or more hotels?
No, we did not block any hotels. However, for immediate and extended family, we may be able to host you in our own homes or in a local Airbnb. Please reach out!! Also, under the "Travel" tab of this website, we have listed a few hotel options.
Why is there no registry, only cash funds?
We are grateful to already have what we need for a home together! But we greatly appreciate any donations towards a honeymoon or savings for a larger home in which to raise a family one day.
What is the dress code?
Please dress comfortably enough to dance! Other than that, semi-formal is suggested!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
For most guests, a plus one is already included. However, if you find that this is not the case for you, please reach out to the bride or groom so we can discuss possible accommodations!
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love kids!! For most guests, children are already listed in your RSVP as your "guest." However, if this is not the case for you, please reach out to the bride or groom to discuss possible accommodations!
Will there be an open bar?
At this time, we have chosen not to serve alcohol at our wedding. We hope you understand!
Will there be food at the reception?
Yes, a full meal and cake will be provided!
