East 4th Street is also about 15 minutes from The Tudor Arms and is in the heart of the city. Here you will find a cute little street blocked from traffic filled with bars and restaurants. Mabel’s BBQ is one of Chef Michael Symon’s famous spots and worth a stop. Drinks at The Society Lounge and Flannery’s Pub are also recommended. If you are really looking for a fancy meal or cocktail in quite the ambiance, check out The Marble Room near E. 4th, which is an old marble bank converted to an upscale steakhouse restaurant and lounge.

It is amazing!

The Heinen’s Grocery store nearby is also worth a stop for a glass of wine or bite to eat, while you take in the stunning architecture of the vintage converted space.

The Flats is once again very close as well and about 15 minutes away. If you are looking to have lunch on the river then this is the place for you. Merwin’s Wharf is one of our favorite spots to grab a delicious and casual bite to eat.

Whiskey Island and Wendy Park are about 20 minutes from The Tudor Arms and are right off of Lake Erie! There is great food and often daytime bands playing in the Summertime at

Whiskey Island.

NATURE:

Edgewater Park is located near downtown and under 20 minutes from The Tudor Arms.

This is a 147 acre park that is on Lake Erie with access to bike trails, boat rentals, a fishing pier, and picnic areas.
