Yes, we have a block of rooms at the Best Western Plus in WaKeeney, KS. We ask guests to reserve rooms no later than June 1st, 2025, to get the wedding rate! Please call 785-743-2700 and mention the "wedding party rate" for the Hart/Hedges wedding for more information.

We will have brisket, kielbasa, coleslaw, cheesy potatoes, baked beans, green beans, and rolls.

Our wedding will take place at Shiloh Vineyard and Winery on June 28th, 2025. Seating at the Venue will open at 3 p.m. The ceremony will begin at 4 p.m. sharp, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap up around 10 p.m.

Please arrive no earlier than 3 p.m. and no later than 3:45 p.m.

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. You may take pictures before and after the ceremony!

The wedding reception will end around 10 p.m. as we must clean up and be out of the venue by 11 p.m.

Yes, there will be a reception. There will be no DJ so please leave any song request ideas that we can play after the dinner!
