How We Met

They say don't date your coworkers... but it didn’t turn out so bad. Jozey and Bryce met while working for Holland America and Princes Cruises in Anchorage. Jozey was working as a guest service host and Bryce was the supervisor for luggage services. Don't get excited, this isn't a love at first sight tale. They became familiar as people usually do when working together. Eventually becoming friends.

All Part of the Plan

The universe decided that Jozey and Bryce needed a little nudge toward each other and thankfully there was Shannon Watson. Shannon had been friends with Jozey since preschool and also happened to be the other luggage supervisor. A fantastic wingwoman for both sides, Shannon encouraged Bryce to take an interest in Jozey and come to events where Jozey would be, eventually bringing them closer together. And eventually resulted in Bryce asking Jozey out on their first date.

Time Apart

Before they had even been dating a year, Bryce headed to Illinois to peruse a masters degree in sculpture. They decided to stay together and make the best of 3 years of a long distance relationship and busy work schedules during summers and winters when Bryce would come back to Alaska.

Only the Beginning

Since completing grad school, Bryce was hired as an assistant manager with Princess Cruises and they have moved into their own home. Jozey and Bryce are looking forward to raising a family and sharing a long life of many shenanigans together.

Met Jozey and Bryce working at Princess Cruises. She and Jozey have become close, sharing interests like country dancing and Harry Potter. In 2023 Jozey and Fallon traveled to the UK for a Momma Mia inspired dinner show along with other adventures.

Met Jozey while country dancing. She is always the life of the party and can make anyone feel welcome. Her favorite things in the world are her 2 cats, she is definitely the coolest crazy cat-lady around.

Samantha Tillman

Met Jozey in preschool and they have remained friends ever since. A total history nerd and probably the coolest teacher around.

Shannon Watson

Met Jozey freshman year of high school, on the bus during a school trip. They immediately bonded over Pokemon, anime and Jeff Dunham.

Met in like 2nd grad and have been friends ever since.

Bryce's little cousin. They have shared a close bond almost his whole life.

Met in scouts when Bryce was working at camp. Been friends ever since.

Met working at Hilltop Ski Area. Made the day a lot more interesting at work.

Note about the venue

Specifically the end time... There is a gate at the end of the road that does get closed at 10 and while it can be reopened, it will be preferable if guests can be leaving before that time. **please note the road up to the venue is very long and not paved, plan accordingly**
