We ask that guests arrive 30 min before the ceremony, to allow for seating, parking (if driving) and other preparations. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

The attire for the wedding is formal. We suggest men wear a suit in any color, and women an evening gown, classy cocktail dress, or even a nice pantsuit. The theme of the wedding is "meadowy garden party" (think colors like earthy green tones, lilac, blush/peach, bronze/gold, browns, florals, ect... ideally muted tones of color). The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors.

We kindly asked that guests stick to the allocated guest list. We have added all guests to the RSVP page on the website. If their name or “plus one” is listed, they are welcome to come!

Lost Mission has a designated parking lot onsite. As you enter the property, there are signs that will direct you to parking. They DO allow for vehicles to be left overnight, as long as they are picked up the following day by 10am. Please take this into consideration when determining transportation back to you accommodation after the reception.

Lost Mission provides cart service to handicapped guests. There are handicapped bathrooms attached to the reception hall, apart from the larger bathrooms located outside the reception hall. Ladies, please be mindful of the stone paths that are throughout the site when choosing shoes. If you need to take them off to walk down the paths, we don't mind ;)

San Antonio is the closest big town to the venue. We have blocked off rooms at a discounted rate at The JW Marriott Hill Country Resort in the "travel" section of the website. For those of our guests who live in Austin, you are welcome to drive home after the wedding if you need to get back! Lost Mission to Austin is about 1hr 30 min.
