Canlis opens at 5:00 PM, and we’ll be sitting down for dinner at 6:00 PM. Feel free to arrive anytime between 5:00 and 6:00 to mingle, meet others, or enjoy a drink and some bites before we officially begin the evening. We’d love to have some relaxed time with you before dinner!

Yes, Canlis offers complimentary valet parking. Just pull up to the entrance, and they’ll take care of it for you.

Absolutely! Canlis offers set menus for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests, which are crafted by their kitchen team each evening. However, please note that some ingredients like alliums, salt, soy, sugar, and seaweed cannot be removed from the menu. While they do their best to accommodate other allergies, they are unable to modify individual dishes or recipes. If you have severe or complex dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP, and we can reach out to Canlis directly to see if they can meet your needs.
