Q: When should I arrive?

A: Guests are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time (5:30 PM) to find parking, mingle, and get settled.

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Black-tie preferred. Ladies can wear formal dresses or jumpsuits; men can wear tuxedos or dark suiting.

Q: Where is the ceremony and reception?

A: Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Dayton Art Institute, located at 456 Belmonte Park North, Dayton, OH 45405.

Q: Is there parking available?

A: Yes, complimentary parking is available at the Dayton Art Institute. Look for signage to guide you on the day of the wedding.

Q: When does the reception end?

A: The reception will conclude at 11:00 PM — but don’t worry, the party doesn’t stop there! Join us for an after party at Tender Mercy beginning at 11:30 PM.

Q: Are children welcome?

A: We love your little ones, but we’re keeping this wedding adults-only to give everyone a chance to relax and enjoy.

Q: My invite says I can bring a guest, who can I bring?

If you were given a guest (a plus one) we ask that you only bring partners or significant others. We trust your discretion! (And if in doubt, feel free to reach out to Eric or Jules)

Q: What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

A: The ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, so you won’t need to travel between locations. There will be a cocktail hour with drinks and bites following the ceremony.

Q: What’s the best way to get around Dayton?

A: Dayton is easy to navigate by car, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available.

Q: Will there be an open bar?

A: Yes! We’re excited to celebrate with you and will have a full open bar during the reception.
