We invite you to dress in your favorite formal or cocktail attire. We want our guests to feel comfortable while still looking elegant and polished! While there are no strict rules, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, as it is traditionally reserved for the bride. Additionally, overly casual attire such as jeans or shorts should be avoided.

Due to space constraints, we kindly ask that only those who received a formal invitation with a plus one indication bring a guest. We appreciate your understanding!

Absolutely! We have arranged special rates with nearby hotels for our out of town guests. Please visit our accommodations page for more information.

Yes! If you are staying in town and are choosing not to drive, we will provide transportation to and from the reception from Hotel 24 South and The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Staunton.

While we adore children, we have opted for an adults-only celebration (aside from close family members) to ensure all our guests can relax and enjoy the festivities. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm.

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! For those who wish to contribute further, we have registered at The Knot for gifts and our honeymoon fund. You can find more information on our registry page.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to maintain the solemnity of the moment. However, we encourage you to capture memories during the reception! We will also have a professional photographer capturing all the special moments.

October in Virginia typically offers mild temperatures with crispy autumn air and stunning foliage. However, it’s always a good idea to be prepared for potential changes in weather, so we recommend layering and bringing a light jacket or wrap just in case.
