Black tie optional! Females- floor length dresses are preferred. Males- either suits or tuxes are fine!
Are my children invited?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your children for this event. Use this as a mom and dad night out!
Can I take pictures during the cermony?
Please refrain from having your phone/cameras out during the ceremony. We would like it to be a completely unplugged/phone-less ceremony. We hired multiple photographers and will share photos after the event.
Can I take pictures/videos during the reception/cocktail hour?
Absolutely! Go crazy!
Is there parking?
There is included valet parking at the venue, but we definitely recommend you Uber/Lyft from your hotel so you can take advantage of our open bar!
Is there a welcome party?
Our rehearsal dinner is for immediate family and the bridal party only. However, we will invite all of our guests who arrive Thursday night for a cocktail likely at the W hotel bar following our rehearsal dinner.
Do I need to select an entree ahead of time?
You will be able to select your entree the night of the wedding. For those with allergies/dietary restrictions, there will be vegan/vegetarian/GF/dairy free meals.
How do I get to the venue from the hotel?
For immediate family, we will have a trolley come to the hotel. Unfortunately, space is limited and we can only provide this for immediate family and bridal party only. For everyone else, we recommend that you take an Uber or Lyft! It is about a 10 minute drive to the venue and Ubers/Lyfts sometimes take up to 10 minutes for the driver to arrive, so please make sure to call your rideshare by 4:40 pm at the latest. You can also drive to the venue, as we do have complimentary valet! The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm and if you are not there prior to that, you will unfortunately have to wait until the ceremony is over to get into the venue.
Is there an after party?
Heck yes! We will be going to Set in Northern Liberties. We hope to see everyone there! It is only 2 blocks away from the venue, so the plan will be to walk over around midnight for some late night bites, karaoke, and to keep the party going!
