Great question! The William Aiken House is located at 456 King Street, Charleston, SC 29403. The entrance is through the black iron gates directly on King Street. We recommend taking Uber/Lyft so you can appropriately enjoy the evening. There is no parking available at the venue, however there are paid parking lots nearby, should you choose to drive.

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm! Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow enough time to arrive at the venue and take your seat.

We would love to see you get dressed up for a fun evening! For men, a tuxedo or formal suit is appropriate. For women, an evening gown, formal cocktail dress, or dressy pantsuit is appropriate. Please refrain from wearing white, off-white, ivory, or cream :)

You can choose an accommodation that best fits your needs and budget! There are so many great places to stay in Charleston either in walking distance or within a 10 minute Uber/Lyft to our venue, however some options are listed on the "Where to Stay" tab. AirBnB and VRBO also are great options when looking for a group, and they are plentiful in Charleston!

While we love your little ones, only children in the wedding party are able to attend the ceremony and reception. Please reference the names addressed on your invitation for the names of those invited.

As soon as possible! The Cooper River Bridge Run is on 4/6/24 (the day before our wedding). Hotels and AirBnb/VRBO will book quickly, so we recommend making reservations as soon as possible for the most options.
