For women: The "black tie" option typically involves wearing a formal evening gown or a fancy cocktail dress.

The Omni William Penn offers valet parking for hotel guests. Cost for this is typically $40-$45 a day. Not staying at the hotel there is a garage across the street, Mellon Square Garage, you can find a link to their website on the travel tab above.
