Is there a welcome event?
Yes! We will be having welcome drinks at The Fitzroy on the downtown mall the night before our wedding! Swing by after 8:30pm to say hello before the big day. See more details under "Things to Do"!
Can I bring my children?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of the children who have roles in the ceremony. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off to relax and celebrate with us!
What is the dress code?
Our dress code is Formal Cocktail Attire. We invite you to add a touch of glam to our evening festivities by wearing your favorite suits or tuxedos, midi, cocktail, or full-length dresses, or chic and dressy jumpsuits or pantsuits. Think polished, elegant, and celebration-ready!
Will the wedding be outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors under the Gazebo at the Mount Ida Manor. The reception will follow indoors at the Event Barn, just a short, walkable distance from the ceremony site. Transportation will be available for guests with mobility needs. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will also be moved indoors to the Event Barn.
Is there parking on site?
Yes! There will be free, ample parking on site at Mount Ida.
