Lodging for all of our guests will be available at Jay Peak Resort for the entire wedding weekend at a discounted rate. Each of those lodging options and their available discounts are listed below.

The Hotel Jay

The Hotel Jay is the resort's flagship hotel. It offers 176 units, including Standard King Rooms, Studio Rooms with kitchenettes, and 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom Suites with mountain, valley, or waterpark views. The hotel houses the Pump House (Jay Peak's indoor waterpark), as well as a variety of restaurant options including the Foundry Pub & Grille, Mountain Dick's Pizza, Buddy's Mug Coffee Shop, the Drink Bar, and the Warming Shelter Snack Bar. Guests at the Hotel Jay also have access to the resort's outdoor pool facilities, the Family Room, Carved Fitness Center, and Elevation 1851 Family Arcade. Wedding guests who stay at the Hotel Jay will be given a 15% discount.

Tram Haus Lodge

The Tram Haus Lodge is situated alongside the Aerial Base Tram and Ski Lodge, a few hundred feet away from the Hotel Jay. The Tram Haus Lodge offers 57 rooms including Studios and Suites with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with both valley and mountain views. The Tram Haus houses the resort's Taiga Spa, Tower Bar, and Alice's Table Restaurant, and provides guests with access to the Hotel Jay's outdoor pool. Wedding guests who stay at the Tramhaus Lodge will receive a 15% discount.

The Clubhouse Suites

The Clubhouse Suites are located on the second floor of the Clubhouse, which is located on the Jay Peak Championship Golf Course. The Clubhouse offers multiple suites which sleep between four and six people and offer east-to-west views of the valley. The Clubhouse Grille is located on the first floor. Wedding guests who stay in the Clubhouse Suites receive a 20% discount.

Golf & Mountain Cottages and Timberline Cottages

The Golf & Mountain Cottages sit on what locals refer to as the Shortcut road, along the first hole of Jay Peak's Championship Golf Course and a short walk from the Tramside base lifts and the Pump House Indoor Waterpark. The Timberline Cottages are identical to Golf & Mountain but aren't located along the golf course. Please note, these units do not have air conditioning, but temperatures will likely be cool in northern Vermont in May (especially at night). Wedding guests who stay at the Golf & Mountain or Timberline Cottages will receive a 20% discount.

Timberline Condominiums

The Timberline Condominiums include units ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms, all including full kitchens and 1 bathroom for each bedroom in the unit. Larger 3-bedroom units include 2 levels with a second living area on the lower level. Full kitchen with granite countertops, full bathroom(s), stackable washer and dryer, and a flat-screen TV. Please note, these units do not have air conditioning, but temperatures will likely be cool in northern Vermont in May (especially at night). Wedding guests who stay at the Timberline Condominiums will receive a 20% discount.

Village Condominiums & Townhouses

The Village Condominiums & Townhouses include condominium and townhouse units ranging from two to five bedrooms, all of which have full kitchens and living areas with gas fireplaces and TVs. They provide ideal lodging for families or guests staying in large groups. Each of these units are privately owned and rented through Jay Peak. Guests who stay at the Village Condominiums & Townhouses will receive a 15% discount.
