Julia graduates from college in Baltimore, Maryland and moves to Dallas, Texas.

Wes pursues an MBA degree in Nice, France.

Wes’ MBA experience in Nice gets cut short due to COVID-19, so he heads back to the states and lives at the ranch for a few months.

Julia and Wes match on Hinge again. Wes messages Julia, saying something like, “we never got those drinks” … pretty smooth, right? And so, on September 29, J&W go mini golfing for their first date.

Wes takes Julia to the Johnston family ranch in Cleburne, Texas for the first time (three years later, he proposes in the same spot this picture was taken!).
