When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP for you + your party by August 24th 2024, so we can have an accurate headcount.

How will food and drinks be served?

**Food and Drinks Service:** We will be serving a plated dinner with a selection of delicious options. Our menu includes: **Appetizers:** - Sushi, Nigiri & Sashimi - Poke Tacos - Chicken Satay - Teriyaki Glazed Meatballs **Salad:** - Arugula, fennel, pear, cherry tomato, feta cheese, and lemon vinaigrette **Main Course Options:** - Filet Mignon with peppercorn & cognac sauce, caramelized vegetables, and roasted garlic whipped potatoes - Salmon with citrus beurre blanc, grilled asparagus, and sweet potato puree - Vegan: Basil Marinara Gnocchi with red wine marinara, roasted cherry tomatoes, and spinach **Drinks:** - Signature cocktails and an open premium bar - Wedding cake. We look forward to an evening of exceptional dining and celebration!

What should I wear?

Cocktail Hour 
- Cocktail Attire. Wedding Ceremony/Reception - Formal / Black-tie optional Attire. Mingle with the Mr. & Mrs. 
- Casual Attire.

Where should I park?

Bahia Resort Hotel: Ample public parking is available at the Bahia Resort Hotel for the ceremony. Feast & Fareway: There is a large public parking lot at Feast & Fareway for the reception. Both venues offer convenient parking options to ensure a smooth experience for our guests. If you are driving, please be sure to have a designated driver and a plan in place to get home safely.

Is there transportation being provided between ceremony and reception?

Yes, it will be provided to transport guests from Bahia Resort to Feast & Fareway after the ceremony and champagne toast.

Are kids welcome?

To allow everyone to fully enjoy the celebration, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only event. However, if you have young children and need to bring them, please let us know in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements. Thank you for your understanding!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Yes! We would love for you to take photos.

 However, we ask that you stay unplugged during our ceremony. Please NO photos during the ceremony, we assure you our professional photographer/videographer team will capture every beautiful moment for all of us to cherish moving forward.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony is outdoor and reception is indoor / patio.

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Beach Ceremony: For our beach ceremony, please wear comfortable, flat shoes or sandals suitable for walking on sand. Formal Reception: The reception will be held indoors in a formal setting. For this part of the celebration, black tie or formal shoes are appropriate. Heels, dress shoes, or elegant flats will complete your formal attire beautifully. We want everyone to feel comfortable and stylish throughout our special day!

What will the weather be like?

In mid-October, San Diego typically enjoys mild and pleasant weather with daytime highs around 70°F to 80°F (21°C to 27°C) and cooler evenings.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

Will there be any animals there?

No, animals are not permitted at the wedding. Thank you for understanding!

Whom should I call with questions?

Please call the bride + groom with any questions leading up to our big day. During the wedding, however, we ask that you refer all questions to our day of Coordinator/wedding planner.
