We are asking for an unplugged ceremony. There will be an opportunity for photos later.

I have booked blocks of rooms at the Hampton Inn Timmins (705-531-6000). The hotel room price is held at 179.00. The room release date is September 7th 2024. Any rooms not picked up by that date will be released back into inventory and the negotiated group rate will no longer be guaranteed. Therefore all reservations should be made as soon as possible. Another nice option is the Best Western (705-531-7001) The hotel room price is 210.99. It is the newer hotel out of the two. These block of rooms will be held till September 20th at which time these rooms will be released back to inventory. The URL link will be provided on the wedding website for both hotels. These links should bring you directly to the price that was negotiated for our wedding. If you call the hotels directly, make sure you mention that you are requesting a room from the block of rooms being held for Julia Conrad and Nick Mocarski Wedding.

No. There is a small parking lot and street parking available. Dante Club address is 162 Cedar Street South.

Shuttle pick up at the Hampton inn for guests wanting a ride to the hall so they don’t have to leave their car downtown (which we strongly encourage) will be at 5:00 pm. Yes, a bus will be provided for guests staying at the Best Western and Hampton Inn to take you to and from the Dante club. Home drop off service will start at 10:30 pm and will run right to the end.

There will be a gap of a few hours so that we can get our photos done. Ceremony will be over around 3:00, shuttles will start around 5:00. The hall will be closed during that time to accommodate for Reception preparation.

There is only one LCBO in town. 681 Algonquin Blvd E. Right beside a Shoppers Drug Mart for that ibuprofen.

There are two beer stores in town. The less sketchy one is 230 Algonquin Blvd W.

It will be semi-formal. All festivities will be taking place inside.

It will be a buffet dinner with a selection of pasta, meat and salads.
