The attire for our wedding is black tie optional. Ladies - think floor length or midi gowns, classy summer jumpsuits, or dressy separates. Feel free to show off your favorite summer colors and florals! Men - think dark suits & ties or tuxedos. We want everyone to feel beautiful and comfortable while respecting our venue's dress code.

Our save the dates and invitations will clearly indicate whether or not we're able to include your significant other. Thank you for understanding and respecting our decisions!

As much as we love your children, we want our adults only wedding to be your night off. Please call up your favorite babysitter and get ready to party with us!

Our Mass will begin promptly at 2:00 pm. We suggest arriving at the church by 1:45. The church can be up to a 45 minute drive from Conshohocken depending on traffic, so please monitor traffic and allow additional time for travel!

The hotel is in Conshohocken, which has a fun downtown area. The church (Julia's home parish) is about a 30-45 minute drive from Conshohocken. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held at Whitemarsh Valley Country Club, which is a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Round trip transportation will be provided between the hotel and WVCC. See next question for timing. Regardless of how you spend your down time between Mass and cocktail hour, feel free to return to the hotel to take advantage of a ride to WVCC!

Transportation will NOT be provided to/from Mass in Warrington. We suggest carpooling or Ubering! However, transportation WILL be provided to/from Whitemarsh. Our shuttles will provide a ride from the Marriott to WVCC at 5:15 pm. After the reception, a shuttle will run a continuous loop from WVCC to the Marriott between 10:30 pm and 12:30 am. However, please note that our reception formally concludes at 11:00 pm.

Yes! Whitemarsh offers free valet services during the cocktail hour/reception.
