Scott and Julia met through a mutual friend, Sterling Coleman, on May 17, 2021. They have spent every second with each other and have been glued to each others side ever since their first official date at the drive-in movies on July 23, 2021, that is when Scott met Julias family. Julias family ended up loving Scott, just as Scotts family loved Julia. This was just the beginning for them, though. they sparked many adventures with each other. A year and a half into the relationship Scott knew he was going to propose, he even asked for Julias parents blessing, he knew the time wasn’t right then but a year later Scott started looking at rings and started planning a vacation for him and Julia to go on where he would then propose on the beach trip. Scott was nervous the entire time and could not wait to propose to Julia. He had Julia plan the photographer and find the beach where he was going to propose, which led to Julia, not believing that she was going to be coming back a fiancé, but he had his sister Sydney Latham call the photographer and let the photographer know what was going to be happening.
