Brian and Julia have known each other since high school but never paid close attention to each other.


Into college and early 20’s they would be at the same house parties and friend gatherings but still only gave each other a hello and a goodbye.


March 1st 2019, Alamo Drafthouse was opening their new location and all of our friends and family joined in for the fun. Brian was sitting at the bar with Aaron King (his best man). Julia went to grab a drink and decided she would get that drink in between Aaron and Brian, she then started a conversation of more than just an hello and goodbye.


The next night they went out together with some friends. Julia told Brian that they should get to know each other more. Brian said he wasn’t looking for anything but willing to give it a chance!


Shortly after on March 17th, 2019, St. Patrick’s day (Julia’s favorite holiday) Julia went up to Brian with 2 beers in her hand and said “Are you seeing anyone else?” Brian responded “No, are you?” Julia replied “No, so we dating now.” Brian said “alright”.


So began their rollercoaster of an adventure together!


Fast forward 5 years, Julia and Brian have never been more in love. They have 2 dogs, promising careers, and are just really enjoying life together.


Brian proposed to Julia at Tregaron golf course on the 18th hole (right after she hit a birdie). Following with a surprise engagement party at Sonny’s in Aksarben with friends and family. It was a beautiful day full of love and a lot of happy tears!


They will unite their love on 10/04/25 at Tiburon Golf Club surrounded by many friends and family. They hope this day is filled with love, joy, happiness, laughter, and a great time. Just like their relationship with each other!
