The Blue Water Manor will hold the following 20 rooms for the nights of Friday, August 8th and Saturday August 9th , 2025, with a two-night minimum. **This hold will remain in effect until April 1st, 2025 at which point any room(s) not reserved with a one night deposit will be released.** - Four-Long Island Rooms—Lower Level One Queen bed--$285.00 per night, plus tax - Four-Long Island Rooms—Upper Level - One Queen bed--$310.00 per night, plus tax -Five-Island Cabin Queen Rooms- Two Queen Beds-- $320.00 per night, plus tax -Three-Island Cabin King Rooms—One King bed-- $320.00 per night, plus tax -Two-Glen Island Suites- One Double pull out Sleeper Sofa, Two Double beds—$390.00 per night, plus tax -Two- Glen Island Suites- Three Double beds-- $390.00 per night, plus tax Any reservation of THREE nights with-in the room block will receive 15% off their third night stay; this discount will be off the posted rates the year your event is held. Please be sure to advise staff when making your reservation that you are part of our room block. Blue Water Manor has a total of 55 rooms on property. Guests are welcome to stay outside the rooming block based on availability. The current rates and minimum nights stay will apply. Please note the regular policy’s regarding cancelations apply to all reservations. *Blue Water Manor has a fourteen day cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation you must provide notice of cancellation at least fourteen days prior to date of arrival to receive your deposit back. A service charge of $50 will be deducted from your deposit. If you should need to cancel your reservation inside the fourteen day period, you forfeit your one night deposit. There are no refunds for early departures.*

At the Comfort Inn, we have a room block of 25 rooms. The group rate for a mix of double queen bed rooms and single king with a sleeper sofa is $279 per night plus tax. They take a 1 night deposit from the guests at the time of booking. There is an 8 week cutoff to book the rooms in the block and then they are released. The individual reservations have a 7 day cancellation policy The modern Comfort Inn &amp; Suites® Lake George hotel in New York is located in the heart of the Adirondacks with easy access to I-87—and within walking distance of the village and the lakes southern basin.
