Our Wedding

Dan and Julia first met at their mutual friend's 21st birthday party at Penn State in 2018. They formed many memories together at Penn State including countless football games, dates at Snap Pizza, studying in the library, and Dan supporting Julia while she danced for 46 hours in THON. After graduating in May of 2020 Dan and Julia's relationship started a new phase of long distance. Dan went off to medical school while Julia moved to DC for her first big girl job.After 4 years, Dan matched for residency at Penn and they moved to Philadelphia in 2024 to start their new life together. They enjoy exploring the Philly food scene, trips down the shore, and taking their pup, Rudy, on long walks to the art museum.They are so excited to start this next chapter of their life together and are thrilled you are celebrating with them!!

We anticipate that Uber and Lyft availability may be very limited in the area, especially late in the evening.For your safety and convenience, we strongly encourage you to plan ahead. Approx. 30 minutes from Egg Harbor CityOcean City is Julia's childhood beach shore destination, and has provided many wonderful memories over the years. Below are some things to check out: The Boardwalk: Spanning 2.5 miles, it’s packed with shops, mini golf, and great food spots. Some of our favorites on the boardwalk include Kohr Brother's, Johnson's Popcorn, and Goofy Golf. Must-Eats: We love the pizza from Manco &amp; Manco Pizza. For a sweet treat, grab some ice cream at Aunt Betty's. Or take a short trip over the bridge to Strathmere and dine at the legendary Deauville Inn. You can also stroll the shops on Asbury Ave and grab some amazing coffee from Ocean City Coffee Company. The Beach: Catch some sun on the beautiful beaches, 24th Street Beach is where we spend our time when in town during the summer.

The Jersey Shore

Approx. 50–60 minutes from Egg Harbor CitySince we call Philly home, we had to include our favorite spots in the city! Reading Terminal Market: There are endless food options here and we particularly love to grab some doughnuts from Beiler's Doughnuts. The Art Museum Steps: Take a stroll down Ben Franklin Parkway to the Art Museum steps for a great view of the city and run the famous Rocky Steps. The Schuylkill River Trail: This is our favorite way to see the city. You can walk or bike the Schuylkill Banks Boardwalk, which extends out over the water for incredible skyline views. Boathouse Row &amp; The Water Works: Follow the river trail north from the boardwalk or walk down the hill from the Art Museum to see the iconic 19th-century boathouses. Right next door is the Fairmount Water Works, a beautiful historic landmark with some of the best photography spots in the city (and also happens to be where Dan proposed to Julia).
