Yes! We will be providing shuttles for guests to take to and from the ceremony. The shuttles will be picking up and dropping off in downtown Woodstock. If you can, we recommend taking the shuttle as we will have limited parking available at the ceremony. There is also not a lot of street parking in Woodstock, so if possible, we recommend selecting accommodations that are within walking distance of the Woodstock Inn and Resort where the shuttle will pick up & drop off. We will be providing more information on exact timing closer to the date of the event.

Yes! We have a hotel room block at the Woodstock Inn and Resort that guests are encouraged to book through. You can find all the details on the Inn along with other hotels in the area on the "Accommodations" tab at the top of the website.

For our guests that will be flying in for the big day, there are a couple of options for airports. The Boston Logan airport is a 2.5 hour drive from Woodstock but will accommodate the widest range of locations and care rentals. There is also a 1 hour hopper flight from Boston to Lebanon Municipal Airport which is just a 20-minute drive from downtown Woodstock. We would recommend renting a car, as taxi/rideshare services are rarely available in the area.

Even if you plan on using the shuttle service to and from the ceremony, we recommend having access to your own car while staying in Woodstock. Especially if you want to explore the local farms and amenities!

When deciding what to wear, think outside funky garden party. Bright colors, bold patterns, and unique looks are encouraged! Jackets and ties not required. We want guests to be comfortable all night; with all wedding day activities taking place outside on grass, please consider comfortable shoes and layers as it can get chilly later in the evening.
