We met on August 15th, 2023 at the Pennsylvania Shindig, in Mercersburg, PA.

During that weekend, we were teamed up for the Shindig's cornhole tournament.

Only a few weeks later, Micah came to the Black Hills Shindig in Rapid City, South Dakota, where Julia's family attend every year and provide music for the camp. Mutual interest was obvious to both of us, and, due to the great distance between our homes, Micah knew it was now or never. Before going our separate ways that weekend, we had talked about a potential relationship.

Micah called her father only a few days later. On September 15th

We managed to see one another at least once a month and on March 15, at exactly 3:15 in the afternoon, he popped the question.

Needless to say, with all the fifteens, the date and time was easily set!

If you are familiar with Military time, you will know that 3:15 is 15:15.
