- Guests must call the front desk at 262-248-2100 to make a reservation.

- Suite check-in time is 4:00pm. An early check is not guaranteed. Please note that the wedding ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on Saturday, August 2nd.

- Suite check out time is 12:00pm.

- Only one vehicle per 1-bedroom suite and 2 vehicles per every 2-bedroom suites are allowed to park in the Bella Vista parking lot.

- Rooms that are not booked within the block will be released to the public on June 1st, 2025.

- Reservations must be made before June 17th, 2025. After that date, reservations will be made based on availability and at retail rate.

-Guaranteed check-in is at 4:00pm. Early check-ins can be a challenge on a peak season weekend. For those who would like to be checked in before leaving for the wedding venue, please consider reserving a room for the night before.

- Parking is for overnight registered hotel guests only,

- One parking space is allowed per guest room. Street parking is also available.
