How should I RSVP?
We invite you to RSVP on our website (LINKED!) or by sending back the RSVP card being sent with the invitation.
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP as soon as possible, or by June 1, 2025.
Where is the ceremony?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at 4818 Trumble Creek Road, Columbia Falls, MT 59912.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
Our ceremony will be starting at 5:30PM, so we ask that all guests try to arrive by 5PM in order to get settled and ensure a prompt start.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is summer cocktail. Since we are leaning into the Montana atmosphere with a "Western Chic" theme, feel free to add a little flair with a cowboy hat, boots, or a bolo tie!
For the ladies, think summer-y cocktail dresses, sundresses, long skirts, or pantsuits if that makes you the most comfortable!
For the gentlemen, think lightweight suits and linen. Since the weather will likely be quite warm, jackets are not necessary (but of course welcomed!)
You should be comfortable, but try to avoid denim or athletic wear.
Will the wedding be outdoors?
YES! Both the ceremony and reception will be held outside.
Will transportation to the venue be provided?
We will be arranging shuttles to bring guests to and from the venue and downtown Whitefish based on need. There will additionally be ample parking at the venue, so guests will be able to drive.
What will the weather be like?
While the weather in NW Montana is often variable, it will most likely be sunny and hot by mid-July.
What airport should out-of-state guests fly into?
Glacier International Airport (FCA) located in Kalispell, MT is the airport closest to the venue.
What is there to do in the area?
The better question is, what ISN'T there to do! Check out the "Things to Do" tab for some ideas of how to start exploring Northwest Montana.
Where should out-of-town guests stay?
We have linked a variety of local hotels in the "Travel" tab of the website. There are also a lot of rental options available on airbnb and VRBO. Tailor your search to Whitefish and Columbia Falls for ease of access to the venue.
We encourage guests to start looking at their accommodation options early, as summer is a popular time to visit Montana!
Am I allowed to bring my kids?
Of course! The day is all about bringing our families together, and they wouldn't be complete without the little ones. If you plan on bringing your kids, please specify on the RSVP form.
