Semi-formal: suits and cocktail attire

Promptly at 5pm at the Sugarloaf Mountain Golf Course on the Upper Deck of the Driving Range. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to assure you are seated at start time.

There will be a private shuttle service from the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel provided for ALL guests starting at 4pm. The shuttle will pickup right outside the main entrance of the Hotel. The Shuttle will be running loops to and from sites. Please plan accordingly and don't all wait for the last shuttle. Please plan to arrive at the Ceremony site by 4:50pm to ensure you are seated by start time. There is limited parking and of course we want you to have the most fun without worrying about driving. The shuttle will then pick up guests at the Golf Course and drop you off at the Base lodge to begin cocktail hour.

YES (but it won't rain..) In the event of rain - the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception will all be held in the King Pine Room of the Base Lodge which is located across from the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel.
