Parking:

Parking is available downtown in various city-owned parking decks. Parking is $1 an hour for the first 2 hours, then $2 per hour after the first two hours from 7 AM Monday to 7 PM Friday. From 7 PM Friday until 7 AM Monday, parking is free. In our opinion, these are the three best options:

City Center/Red Hat Parking Deck (429 South Wilmington Street) - approximately a five minute walk from the hotel, more information here: https://raleighnc.gov/parking/places/city-center-red-hat-parking-decks

Moore Square Parking Deck (233 South Wilmington Street) - approximately a seven minute walk from the hotel, more information here: https://raleighnc.gov/parking/places/moore-square-parking-deck

Getting downtown from the airport via a rental car:

The airport has shuttles from the terminal directly to the rental car offices, more information on car rentals can be found here: https://www.rdu.com/ground-transportation/rental-cars/

Getting downtown from the airport via Uber/Lyft:

If you don't plan to rent a car, using Uber/Lyft is the best way to get downtown in our opinion. You can call an Uber or a Lyft from right outside the terminal and take it to the hotel. It is about a ~25/30 minute drive (depending on traffic), so it shouldn't be too expensive.
