Friday Welcome Reception: There will be free beer, wine and seltzer. A cash bar will be available as well if you would like liquor/ mixed drinks. Wedding day: There will be an open bar during the wedding!

We encourage you to uber and/ or walk to all the wedding events, as both are relatively close to the hotel blocks. On Friday at the Hotel Fort Des Moines, you can use valet parking for a fee or the Nationwide parking ramp behind the hotel is available for an hourly parking fee. For the wedding, you can park on the street or in the Court Ave. Parking Garage, which has an hourly rate until 9 pm after which it is free. All street parking downtown is done through ParkDSM app, so download that before!

Black Tie Optional. For women, please wear a floor length or cocktail dress. For men, a jacket or blazer and tie is preferred, but not required. We do request to please not wear any jeans.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. It will also be an adults only event. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your understanding.
