This is the classic tale of an Auburn man finding an Auburn woman.

Both born in Huntsville, AL, Cameron and Julia spent three years passing each other in the hallways of Legacy Elementary, never meeting. After third grade, Cameron moved to Michigan, where he spent the bulk of his school years. However, his heart always remained in Alabama (I wonder why... wink wink). Julia remained in Huntsville through Senior year and eventually fulfilled her dream of attending Auburn University.

Eventually, he felt God calling him back to Dixie, so Cameron packed his bags to fulfill his dream of attending Auburn University. There, he rekindled his friendship with childhood friend, Kayla Helleson. Unbeknownst to him, she was now best friends with Julia Helms, his future wife.

They met at Toomers corner, rolling the trees after a triumphant win over LSU. Over the following years, they became good friends. They sat in class together, sat in church together, and sat through Star Wars together.

In a full circle moment, Cameron and Julia went on a trip to Baton Rouge (accompanied by Kayla) to watch their last LSU game as students. This trip sparked what would eventually become a relationship. It was simple, they realized they could sit in the car with each other for six hours and never be bored (and that he could survive her driving). After that they were inseparable.

The last push to become an official couple came from their friend Wyatt Yost. He not so subtly, and unbeknownst to Cameron, told Julia, "I think you and Cameron should date." After some denial, she decided he was right. The rest is history.

At its root, this is a relationship built on faith and friendship.
