Julia and Haydens story began at the most romantic place on earth: the local Nixa Subway. Julia began working at Subway on February 4th, 2021, which would later be known as the date that she met her future husband. They immediately hit it off and had so much fun working together. On a particularly icy night after she had left work Julia contemplated messaging Hayden on Instagram to warn him about the slick roads. She decided against it only to receive a message from Hayden a few minutes later. He quite literally slid into her DMs by sending her a video of him sliding across the iced over Subway parking lot. This was only the beginning of a few short weeks of chatting before Julia got up the courage to ask Hayden out on a date. They went and saw the movie News of the World starring Tom Hanks. Fun fact, Julias parents also watched a Tom Hanks movie on their first date, Forrest Gump. Hayden asked Julia to be his girlfriend on March 5th, 2021 and the rest was history.
