Jenna is my younger sister and best friend. She has seen our relationship grow from day one (and probably has a lot of dirt on the both of us). She's been through it all with me and I consider myself the luckiest girl ever. I can't imagine our day without her.
Allie Newton - Maid of Honor
My second sister, personal wedding planner/coordinator, and the funniest person I know. She's been waiting for our wedding day longer than anyone else. If you're looking for Allie on our wedding day, she'll either be crying happy tears or having a dance off with someone on the dance floor.
Maddie Newton - Bridesmaid
Maddie is my cousin and has always known how to hang with the big dogs. She's always down for a good time and will find fun anywhere if it involves making jokes at Allie's expense--don't get her going.
Kayla Kotewa - Bridesmaid
My cousin Kayla and I have the same humor to a T. We truly only find each other funny and will never understand why others don't laugh at our jokes as hard as we do. You'll probably see us making weird gestures at each other at any point in the night.
Riley Owczarzak - Bridesmaid
Riley and I have known each other since high school and somehow always end up where the other one is. When I moved to Grand Rapids in 2021, she immediately reached out and showed me around my new home. Riley is always down for a party, so if you're looking to take a shot, find her!
Hannah Robinson - Bridesmaid
Hannah and I met on an Alternative Spring Break at CMU in 2018 and have been inseparable since. She's been through EVERYTHING with me. If Hannah and I are together, I would advise others to stay away unless you want to hear us laugh about a story from our past for the tenth time.
Alli Putz - Bridesmaid
Alli is truly one-of-a-kind (if you know, you know). Alli and I met working (hardly) at Starbucks in college. We quickly became best friends shortly after meeting, and then roommates. She is truly the most spontaneous and easy-going person I know and I can't imagine my college experience without her.
Hannah Kalis - Bridesmaid
Hannah and I also met on an Alternative Spring Break at CMU and I'm so lucky she ended up in Grand Rapids with me! If you're with Hannah and I, we will likely be talking about Michigan Football (JJ McCarthy) and the next tailgate we have planned.
Brett White - Best Man
Mr. Hockey runner up and Employee of the year at Crystal Cone all in the same year. Best man in my wedding and friends for over 20+ years now. Brett and I have been teammates & competitors in golf, hockey, and brothers in life. The one guy that I can think of that can outdrive me with ease but that’s ok, its his job. Over the years, life has thrown a lot at Brett that has taught me more about perseverance and chasing your dreams than I was ever capable of comprehending. I am lucky to have Brett standing by my side today and always. If you need any swing tips, you’ll find this man at the bar offering advice, but not for free.
Alex Grosvenor - Best Man
Best known for his colorful vocabulary and being the “enforcer” on and sometimes off the ice. Best man and absolute clown. Alex and I have been doing dumb stuff together for over 20+ years now. Alex and I first became friends playing on the worst hockey team in the history of hockey where we won 1 game the entire season when we were about 7-8 years old. Over the years we’ve seen a lot and done a lot together and don’t plan to stop now. Not my most coordinated friend but somehow one with maybe the largest vocabulary, ever. I am honored to have this guy standing by my side on my wedding day and the rest of life. If you’re looking for a good laugh and witty comments, you’ll most definitely find this guy at the bar.
Zach Richmond - Groomsmen
The inventor of Zoogle, Zach Facts, and a man that has never been wrong, ever. Friends since the start of my childhood and the beginning of my memory. From being an elite pitcher/catcher duo in little league, to high school hockey & golf teammates to roommates and fraternity brothers at Central Michigan University. A great friend over the years and an even better concrete salesman (if you ask him). If you’re in need of any concrete work, you can find Zach at the bar for a conversation.
Jason Dickey - Groomsmen
DICKEY NATION! If you’re from Kentwood you probably know who QB#1, Jason Dickey, is. From neighborhood friends, literally since we were 4 years old at the bus stop, to backyard football games, neighborhood shenanigans, to spending our college careers together at The Central Michigan University, to now. Jason has always been an all-around great guy and better friend that has been with me through the ups and downs. If you’re looking to talk Michigan Football, find Jason and he’ll get you up to speed with every Michigan Football event that’s occurred since 1994.
Riley Click - Groomsmen
Riley and I have been friends since Middle/Highschool time where we bonded over the simple things in life like a nice sunny afternoon at Old Farm Park disc golfing followed by endless games of Euchre. Now days, Riley and I enjoy the simple things in life such as a cold beer and after a few we may begin to wrestle. Riley is a former Marine who has served our country multiple times (thank you for your service) and is a lover of Crocs, his dogs, Hannah, Millie, and Bud Light. If you’re in need of a conversation, find Riley at the bar and he will talk your ear off.
Travis Mruzik - Groomsmen
Travis and I met in college where we became friends and brothers through our fraternity, Sigma Chi. Shortly after college Travis moved to Grand Rapids where we quickly resumed our friendship and bonded over our love of golf, The Detroit Lions, Michigan Sports, and cold Bud Lights. During the summer months you can find Travis (and likely me) somewhere in his backyard pool floating on a tube with a full cooler within arms’ reach and some form of meat being prepped. If you need any advice on how to cook a boujee meal or slice a driver from California to Maine, Travis is your guy.
Joey Granger - Groomsmen
Joey and I met and became friends at the prestigious Central Michigan University where we both rushed a fraternity and bonded over our shared passions of football, watching football, playing football and gambling on football. Shortly after college Joey moved to Grand Rapids where we would frequent the bars around the area together in hopes that we would one day find some ladies to join us in our shared passion. Shortly after that, we both did, and it just so turns out they’re best friends as well. If you need to know any facts about Tom Brady or need any terrible sports gambling advice, you can find Joey somewhere near the bar frantically refreshing his phone trying to see which games he lost money on.
Jeff McNalley - Groomsmen
Cousin by birth, brother by choice. Jeff is my cousin who over the years we’ve formed a special bond that led us to being roommates at Central Michigan University our last semester of college. Jeff is about 3 weeks older than me and maybe a foot taller and loves to remind me of it all the time. The human ladder is real so if you need any of the top shelf liquor you can’t reach, give Jeff a shout. I am lucky to call Jeff my family and brother for life.
