The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before. This will allow time for all guest to find their seats and the ceremony start on time.

There will be full access to abundant, free parking. We are also providing a shuttle to and from the venue for all guest staying in the hotel.

If you are coming from out of town or just want to enjoy a night of drinking without having to worry about how you’re getting home. We have a room block at the courtyard by Marriott hotel in Hamilton. We will be providing a shuttle to and from the hotel and venue before and after the wedding.

Yes, we have a group rate that will save you money on your hotel room. You can get that by either calling (513-896-6200) to book your room and tell them you’re with the Johnston/Hennard wedding party. Or you can text either me or Jon and we have a link we can send you too book it online.
