Q + A

If we cannot attend in person, is there a virtual option?

While we will miss you in-person, we understand and will be providing a live stream option for guests! The live stream will start right before the ceremony and will last until after the recession. The link will be posted on Facebook as we get closer to our wedding date.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at the venue with enough time to get parked and situated. There is a small walk from the parking area to the ceremony site so we suggest arriving around 3:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

Should we bring a gift?

Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you would like to contribute, we invite you to donate to our honeymoon fund on Honeyfund. For those who prefer, a physical registry will also be available.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we will only be able to accommodate those who are listed on the invitations/RSVPs. Please refrain from inviting a guest who is not on your invitation. Thank you!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

We kindly ask that you arrange childcare for any children not listed on your invitation/RSVP. If you need help finding childcare, please don't hesitate to reach out—we're happy to assist. While we understand this may be an inconvenience, we hope you understand that for our special day, we are including only immediate family children who are part of the wedding party. Thank you so much for your understanding!

What is the dress requirement?

This is a formal event, so we kindly ask that guests wear at least Sunday best. Please avoid jeans, sneakers, sweats, hoodies, cargo pants, or graphic t-shirts. If possible, we encourage spring-inspired attire—and as a courtesy, please refrain from wearing white.

Where should I sit?

Our ceremony will have open seating—feel free to sit wherever you'd like! The only exceptions are the first two rows, which are reserved for family, and a few designated tables at the reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask for you to refrain from taking photos at our ceremony and be present with us in the moment. BUT feel free to pull out your phone and take photos/videos at the reception though!

Where can we find/share photos?

We will share photos when we receive them back from the photographer. We invite everyone to share any photos that you take during our reception at the following link below. https://app.kululu.com/s/zkyxrn

I have a dietary restriction, who should I tell?

Please send any dietary restrictions in on your RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate any allergies or restrictions.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, alcohol will be available for guests 21 and older. We kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly. If you need to leave your vehicle overnight, you’re welcome to do so—just please make sure to pick it up by 10 AM the next day.

Can we request music at the reception

Requests will not be taken at the reception so please send any song requests in with your RSVP.

When should I leave?

The bride and groom will share their final private dance in the reception hall with their photographer around 9:45 PM. Our final send-off will take place at 10 PM. All guests must vacate the property by 10:30 PM. If you do not feel safe to drive, you are welcome to leave your vehicle on-site and return to pick it up before 10 AM the following morning.

I am from out of town, where should I stay?

If you're traveling from out of town, we are in the process of securing a room block at a local hotel. Please let us know if you'll need a room so we can reserve the right number! If a block is unavailable, there are plenty of nearby hotel options in Mooresville.
