We do have a hotel block for guests at Bayshore Resort. There are also plenty of Airbnb's/VRBO's and other hotels in the area to book.

Please arrive at Bay View at Gallagher Farms no later than 3:30pm to allow time for the venue staff to shuttle us to the ceremony site. Ceremony will start at 4:00pm.

Both the ceremony and recpetion will be located at Bay View at Gallagher Farms. The ceremony will be outside at the Overlook. Guests will be shuttled up to the ceremony site by venue staff upon arrival. The reception will also be outside at the Main Tent. Guests will be shuttled back down to the Main Tent after the ceremony.

Cocktail Attire

The end of September typically has average high temperatures in the mid-60s to 70 degrees and lows in the 40s to 50s. There will be heaters at the venue for chillier temperatures.

If you are staying in downtown Traverse City and prefer not to drive the day of the wedding, we will have a shuttle bus taking guests to and from Bay View at Gallagher Farms. The bus will be picking up guests at Hotel Indigo & Bayshore Resort in downtown Traverse City. Shuttle schedule to be confirmed closer to wedding date. If you prefer to drive, it is about a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Traverse City to Gallagher Farms.

Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests.
