You can RSVP right through the website here! Once you click on the RSVP tab, you’ll be prompted to enter your name and it will bring up your name along with everyone in your party. You can also reach out to either Kolby or Julia directly to RSVP. We kindly ask that you complete your RSVP by February 28th.
Do I get to bring a +1?
Unfortunately, we do have a guest count that we need to stick to, so unless you have a plus one listed in your group when you go to RSVP, we ask that you do not bring anyone else. We have made sure that everyone who is invited will know at least a handful of other people already! Thank you for your understanding and desire to help us celebrate with the people we know and love!
Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?
We are planning for both the ceremony and the reception to be inside events as April can bring very unpredictable weather. However, as we get closer to the big day, we may decide the weather can accommodate some outdoor activities!
What is the dress code?
Dressy Casual:
We are fairly casual people, therefore, please don’t feel the need to dress in overly formal attire!
Will dinner be provided?
Yes! We will have a buffet line with pulled pork and sides that pair well. These include mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, salad, and more.
Is this a dry wedding?
No, there will be a cash bar. The venue does not allow outside alcoholic beverages on the property. We will supply non-alcoholic drinks such as water, lemonade, and pop.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seats before we begin. The doors will open at 3:15.
