We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Cocktail attire is requested. Cocktail attire for gentlemen may include a suit jacket and button down. Tie is not required. For women, party dresses of any kind. We also ask that guests avoid wearing cream, ivory or white.

We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding as adults only, unless your child has been invited to participate in our special day. We encourage you to take this as a date night!

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

Yes! There will be a 28 passenger shuttle that will take guests to and from the venue and Fairfield Inn Belmont. The bus will begin trips from the hotel at 3 PM with the last bus departing the venue at 11 PM.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around thirty minutes. Guests can head straight to the covered patio for finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you.

On October 12, the temperature in Charlotte typically ranges from 54°F to 71°F and is rarely below 43°F or above 81°F. We recommend guests bring a jacket.

We are offering a shuttle service from the Fairfield Inn Belmont, but if you are driving your own vehicle, there is a large parking lot at the venue.
