Is there a dress code for the wedding? 


The dress code for our wedding is formal, yet it’s not black tie. TLDR: Be yourself, and look nice!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony, dinner, and reception will all take place inside The Carondelet House, ensuring a comfortable and memorable celebration regardless of the weather.

What are the nearby hotel options?


We have a room block reserved for our wedding party and guests at The Proper Downtown. This stylish hotel is conveniently located and will also host our “Sunday Send-Off” brunch, making it a perfect choice for your stay in Los Angeles. Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

We have arranged for hosted self-parking for all our guests at Athena Parking (located at 611 S Carondelet Street). If you have any questions or need further information about parking, feel free to reach out.

RSVP Details

How do I RSVP for the wedding and what is the deadline?

Please RSVP via the website by January 22, 2025. Your timely response will help us finalize our plans and ensure a wonderful experience for everyone.

Is there a way to update my RSVP?

If an update to your RSVP is necessary, please text Shawna Lynch at 310-963-1400. We are happy to assist with any adjustments.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?

For the most convenient access to the wedding festivities, please use either a rideshare service like Uber from your home/hotel or drive and park at Athena Parking, located right next to the Carondelet House (611 S Carondelet Street). We want your experience to be as enjoyable as possible!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

If your invitation indicates that you may bring a plus one, we would be delighted for you to do so.

Will there be other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Yes. We have a special event planned for the weekend! The parents of the bride and groom are co-hosting a post-wedding Sunday Send-off brunch on March 23 at the Downtown LA Proper Hotel, starting at 11am. Like the wedding, please RSVP by January 22, 2025.

Dietary Restrictions & Preferences

How should dietary restrictions or allergies be communicated?

Our dinner menu features vegetarian, fish, and meat options. If you have other dietary needs, please contact Shawna Lynch at 310-963-1400 as soon as possible.


Gifts & Registries

Is there a preferred method for giving gifts, or would the couple prefer cash contributions?

A contribution to our Honeymoon Fund on the Registry tab of this site is greatly appreciated. Your support means the world to us as we begin this new chapter together!


Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

If you choose to bring a gift to the reception, there will be a dedicated area. We’re excited to celebrate with you and appreciate your kindness!


Day-of Details

What time should guests arrive at the venue?

Please arrive by 6:00 pm to ensure a smooth start to the evening’s festivities!


Will there be a time gap between the wedding ceremony and reception?

Following the ceremony, we invite you to enjoy a delightful selection of appetizers and cocktails at the Carondelet House.

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding and post them on social media?

To ensure that everyone fully immerses themselves in the moment, we ask all guests to refrain from using their phones during the ceremony. We will have a special QR code set up and available onsite for pre- and post-ceremony moments. Please feel free to scan and upload your favorites to share upon arrival.
