We both moved to Denver, Colorado from Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2017/2018 to explore the mountains. And we were both working at Plante Moran in public accounting and met at a team lunch. He graduated from Hope College and she graduated from Calvin College. A year went by and we ended up on a camping trip together to see some leaf peeping in Aspen...lets just say the rest was history!

He made it official on New Years of 2020, and we had no idea about the wild ride that was in store for us and the rest of the world in 2020. While most stayed inside and worked on their sourdough starters, we were falling in love and exploring the great outdoors together.

We spent three plus years dating and got engaged on March 11, 2023 on the top of Copper Mountain with our Colorado squad. The surprise was real as the trip was supposed to be a weekend to celebrate Austin's birthday!

We've been planning for the big day for over a year and we are so excited to celebrate our love story with you on July, 13 2024!
