Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will be indoors, taking place in the Grand Ballroom of the Hudson House. The cocktail hour will be held in the Hudson Room on a different floor of the venue.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is black-tie optional. Guests are encouraged to wear tuxedos, suits, evening gowns, midi-length dresses, or formal jumpsuits.
Is there a wedding hashtag guests should use?
Yes! In the spirit of our shared love for cinema, we encourage you to use the hashtag #WhenJoshMetJulia, a nod to a romantic comedy we both adore: "When Harry Met Sally."
Is there a hotel block for the wedding?

Can I use my phone?
You're welcome to capture moments of ceremony on your phone camera, but please keep your device on silent.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.
While waiting for the ceremony to begin, feel free to admire the ceremony decor and views, listen to our selected prelude music, and socialize with our other guests.
Is there a wedding registry I can contribute to?
In lieu of a traditional wedding registry, we decided that we'd like guests to contribute to our dream honeymoon in Japan. We will be regularly updating the registry between now and the wedding, but you can find our Honeyfund registry HERE.
Will there be meals for those with dietary restrictions?
We will be offering a vegan option to all guests. Please let us know if you need other accommodations (Kosher, gluten-free, etc.)
Is there parking on premises?
Yes! Complimentary valet parking is provided for all guests.
