WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP?

To help us in the planning process, we ask that you kindly RSVP by July 1, 2025. Your timely response will help us ensure a seamless and joyous celebration for everyone.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RSVP ON TIME?

If we do not receive your RSVP back by the date which we have provided, you will sadly be marked as a “no.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue, and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANT MAKE IT?

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on your invitation/RSVP. The number of seats reserved in your honor will be clearly indicated on your RSVP card or online response. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule. Thank you for your understanding.

WHAT IF SOMEONE SHOWS UP WHO WASNT INVITED OR DIDNT RSVP?

We kindly ask that only those who were formally invited and submitted an RSVP attend our wedding. Due to venue capacity and catering arrangements, we are unable to accommodate unexpected guests. If someone arrives who was not included on the guest list or did not RSVP, they will unfortunately be asked to leave. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the day running smoothly.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

While we adore all little ones, we have opted for an adult-only (21 and over) celebration to ensure that everyone can enjoy the festivities. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please plan to arrive by 4:45 PM to ensure you're settled in before the ceremony begins at 5 PM. We’ll have welcome refreshments available, so feel free to enjoy them as you arrive. We look forward to sharing this special moment with you!

WHERE IS THE CEREMONY

Our ceremony will be taking place in the courtyard behind the museum.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

We are having an 'unplugged' ceremony. This means we are asking for all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that our guests can be 100% preset with us during this tme. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you want and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE MUSEUM?

Yes! There is parking available on site.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Yes! Our wedding will have a formal dress code and we cannot wait to see you dress up! The ceremony will be outdoors with reception inside so dress accordingly.

WHAT IS FORMAL ATTIRE?

Women: a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. Men: tuxedo optional, a formal suit, or jacket with a shirt and tie. IS THERE AN OPEN BAR?

We're thrilled to share that there will be an open bar throughout the entire event. Including non- alcoholic beverages. Drink responsibly!!
