I met Mindy one day while driving down my alley after going to the store. I saw her vacuuming out her minivan and I remember thinking, "wow, that will be nice!" I stopped to cheer her on and this single moment started our now 6 year relationship. We joke that we have been friends our entire lives because it is so easy to be around each other. Sharing the alley in our South Minneapolis neighborhood turned into many days of bike riding, beach days, and afternoon deck chats while our kids played. Over the years, this relationship has grown into yoga retreats, cabin trips, late night texting, and getting through many life experiences that we didn't see coming. Mindy is unconditional, thoughtful and understands my quirkiness. I love her so and I'm so excited she is going to be a part of our wedding day!
